Laurence Capel joins H4 as Operational Manager

The H4 team is delighted to welcome Laurence Capel, who will assume operational responsibility for the Hub from 1st of January 2025.

With a PhD in food science from AgroParisTech and a CAS in nutrition from ETH Zurich, Laurence Capel brings recognised expertise in research, innovation, project management and scientific communication, acquired in the agri-food industry.

In her new role, Laurence will help to strengthen H4’s strategic position in the health and nursing innovation ecosystem. Her mission will be to develop the Hub’s activities, catalysing the growing commitment of players and resources, in order to promote concrete innovation that is directly applicable to the real needs of nursing and healthcare environments. She will work closely with the H4’s community of experts and partners to boost innovation in the canton.

As part of Institut La Source, H4 is uniquely rooted in an environment renowned for its excellence in healthcare. This affiliation is a major asset for the Hub, enabling it to bring together cutting-edge skills and accelerate the implementation of innovative solutions.

As part of her responsibilities, Laurence will also supervise the Hub’s operational team and be responsible for the administrative and financial management of projects.
